The action of the play takes place in March
1922, in the Prince George Hotel in New York City and in a
private room on a train heading from California to New York.
Helene Montagna (Playwright)
has been involved backstage in Staten Island community theatre for
over 20 years. She has studied playwriting with playwrights
Dan O'Brien, Richard Caliban and Garth Wingfield. Her play
Moving Day was read in April at the Young Playwrights Group in
Manhattan.
Jack Dabdouh
(Eugene O'Neill) was last seen in Noises Off at Snug
Harbor. At SVPT, he played Theodore "Hickey" Hickman in The
Iceman Cometh and Christy Mahon in Playboy of the Western
World.
Frank Nigro
(Jamie O'Neill) has performed in venues throughout New York
City in theatre, film, audio and interactive works.
Dina Buccafusco (Anna) was last
seen on the SVPT stage as Mrs. Manningham in Angel Street.
Her favorite roles at SVPT include the title role in Sylvia,
Catherine in The Heiress, Cheri in Bus Stop, Juliet in
Romeo and Juliet and Ophelia in Hamlet.
