Dr. Eric Levin is an associate professor and the Director of Theatre Education at Southern Oregon University in Ashland Oregon where he directs a master of theatre studies program for theatre teachers and teaches theatre literature courses. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Dramatic Arts from the University of California, an M.A.T. from Western Oregon University and earned his Ph.D. in Theatre Arts from the University of Oregon. His previous teaching positions include assistant professor of theatre at Dickinson State University in North Dakota, adjunct professor at California State University, Fresno and part time instructor at College of the Sequoias in Visalia California. Dr. Levin has also taught secondary school in California and Oregon. He has published works in such journals as the Journal of American Theatre and Drama, The Eugene O’Neill Journal and Theatre Research International.
