1. Only previously published (or presented) essays are
eligible for inclusion in the
“On O'Neill” archive.
2. Scholars must
submit their essays in digital format (MS Word or equivalent). Papers scanned and converted with OCR (optical
character recognition) software must be
appropriately edited before
submission.
3. Scholars are responsible for obtaining
appropriate permissions from the publications in
which their essays originally appeared. These permissions must be
forwarded to eOneill.com.
4. Submissions and questions should be sent to the
